KATA is holding their annual convention and seminar at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel in Louisville on September 6-8, 2006. The convention offers up to 13.25 CLE Hours, including 1 hour ethics. Mr. Ball is a nationally known trial consultant, communications expert, and trial advocacy author. I had the opportunity to attend Mr. Ball's Theater Tips and Strategies for Jury Trials when he presented it at the KBA convention in Louisville. This is a must must see for trial attorneys and one of the better, if not best, programs on trial techniques I have ever attended.
